Evans Consulting Publications indexes and publishes work in business, management, marketing, entrepreneurship, economics, and the wider social sciences — with a particular focus on research grounded in African, and specifically Cameroonian, markets and institutions.
The platform exists because a lot of good applied research from this region never finds a home that takes it seriously: journals with slow or opaque review, predatory outlets that charge a fee and publish almost anything, or no outlet at all for working papers and preprints that still deserve a citable, permanent record. We built something narrower and more accountable instead.
How it works
Every submission is read by a real person
Every submission is read by a named editor with real authority to accept, revise, or decline it — not a rubber stamp, and not blind peer review dressed up as something more rigorous than it is. Editors are drawn from active academics in the relevant discipline, and every accepted paper is credited to the editor who reviewed it, publicly, on that paper’s own page.
Already published, or new and reviewed
Work that’s already been published elsewhere — in a journal, as a conference proceeding, in an institutional repository — is indexed here free of charge, with full citation back to the original source. New or previously unpublished submissions go through editorial review and, once accepted, are hosted with a permanent, citable URL and full Google Scholar–compatible metadata.
Who runs it
Evans Consulting Publications is built and operated by Evans Kongnyuy, a digital marketing strategist and research consultant based in Cameroon. It is run independently of Uni-B Agency and any other commercial venture — its editorial decisions answer to its named editors and to the standards on this page, not to a client or a sponsor.
